Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by POLAND-BUSINESS L.T.D ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Volt provides on-demand cloud computing services, including access to remote macOS workstations powered by M5 Ultra chips, as well as trusted expert services for task delegation. Services are provided on a credit-based, pay-as-you-go model.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

All purchases are one-time transactions. Credits purchased do not expire. Refunds are available for unused credits within 14 days of purchase, subject to our Refund Policy. We accept Visa and Mastercard only. All payments are processed securely with industry-standard encryption.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

• Any illegal activities or violation of applicable laws
• Cryptocurrency mining (strictly prohibited, results in immediate termination)
• Distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful software
• Violation of intellectual property rights
• Any activity that could harm our infrastructure or other users

6. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Upon session termination, all user data is securely wiped from our systems within 24 hours.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance via email.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, POLAND-BUSINESS L.T.D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
