Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

POLAND-BUSINESS SP. Z O.O. accepts the following payment methods for purchasing credits on the Volt platform:

• Visa credit and debit cards
• Mastercard credit and debit cards

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

2. Credit System

Volt operates on a credit-based system. Key points:

• Credits are purchased in advance and added to your account balance
• Credits never expire and remain valid as long as your account is active
• Larger credit packs offer better value per credit
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts

3. Pricing

You pay in the currency you choose from those available on the website (EUR, USD, CAD, AZN, KZT, SAR, CLP, KGS, HUF, ZAR, BRL, TRY, ARS, BOB, HNL); see section 7 for how prices are converted. A custom top-up is any amount from €1 to €20,000 or from $1 to $20,000; in the other currencies it is the equivalent of €1 to €20,000. Current pricing is available on our Pricing page.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased.

4. Payment Processing

When you make a purchase:

• Your payment is processed immediately through our secure payment provider
• Credits are added to your account upon successful payment confirmation
• Transaction history is available in your account dashboard

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, credits will not be added to your account. Common reasons for payment failure include:

• Insufficient funds or credit limit reached
• Card expired or invalid card details
• Transaction blocked by your bank

Please contact your card issuer if payments are repeatedly declined.

6. Invoicing

Invoices are automatically generated for all purchases and can be downloaded from your account dashboard. For any invoicing question, please contact our support team.

7. Currency and Exchange Rates

Purchases can be made in any of the following currencies, selectable via the currency selector in the site header: Euro (EUR), US Dollar (USD), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Azerbaijani Manat (AZN), Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT), Saudi Riyal (SAR), Chilean Peso (CLP), Kyrgyzstani Som (KGS), Hungarian Forint (HUF), South African Rand (ZAR), Brazilian Real (BRL), Turkish Lira (TRY), Argentine Peso (ARS), Bolivian Boliviano (BOB), and Honduran Lempira (HNL). Prices are set in EUR and converted by us using a fixed table of exchange rates taken from published reference rates (open.er-api.com and the European Central Bank), which we refresh at least every 60 days. The same table sets the price shown and the amount charged, so the price you see in your currency is the price you pay.

If your card is denominated in a currency different from the one selected at checkout, your card issuer may convert the amount using their own exchange rate. Any currency conversion fees are determined by your card issuer.

8. Security

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your payment information:

• Fraud detection and prevention systems
