1. Accepted Payment Methods
POLAND-BUSINESS L.T.D accepts the following payment methods for purchasing credits on the Volt platform:
- Visa credit and debit cards
- Mastercard credit and debit cards
All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
2. Credit System
Volt operates on a credit-based system. Key points:
- Credits are purchased in advance and added to your account balance
- Credits never expire and remain valid as long as your account is active
- Larger credit packs offer better value per credit
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR). Prices include applicable taxes where required. Current pricing is available on our Pricing page.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased.
4. Payment Processing
When you make a purchase:
- Your payment is processed immediately through our secure payment provider
- Credits are added to your account upon successful payment confirmation
- You will receive an email receipt for your records
- Transaction history is available in your account dashboard
5. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, credits will not be added to your account. Common reasons for payment failure include:
- Insufficient funds or credit limit reached
- Card expired or invalid card details
- Transaction blocked by your bank
Please contact your card issuer if payments are repeatedly declined.
6. Invoicing
Invoices are automatically generated for all purchases and can be downloaded from your account dashboard. For custom invoicing requirements (e.g., for Expert+ customers), please contact our support team.
7. Currency and Exchange Rates
All transactions are processed in Euros (EUR). If your card is denominated in a different currency, your card issuer will convert the amount using their exchange rate. Any currency conversion fees are determined by your card issuer.
8. Security
We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your payment information:
- Secure payment processing via Visa and Mastercard
- TLS 1.3 encryption for all transactions
- 3D Secure authentication where supported
- Fraud detection and prevention systems
